Michael is the VP of Global Brand & Creative at Bloomreach — the world’s leading, AI-for-ecommerce platform.
Previously, he was the Senior Director of Global Brand at Intuit Mailchimp, where he helped build the world's most loved brand for growing businesses. He guided the brand through its $12B valuation and exit, and led the creative team to AdAge’s In-house Agency of the Year.
Prior to that, he led Brand & Experience Strategy at Publicis Sapient — where he elevated integrated CX and drove brand transformation for clients across EMEA and APAC. Michael has also held creative director roles at Wunderman Thompson and Interbrand. His work has been recognized by the Cannes International Festival for Creativity, D&AD, ADC, Fast Company and more. Michael holds an MFA in Creative Writing from The New School in New York.
